“Britdeals got part of my order wrong and sent me an item completely different to the one I purchased (coincidentally of a lower value).
When I let them know by phone and email, the response I got was shocking! They denied sending the wrong item and made no effort at all to rectify the situation.
Pray they never get your order wrong as their customer service in these situations is absolutely atrocious!”
