    An absolute Gem of a team. Everyone is great to talk to. From Adm to the warehouse team. The communication between the staff's is excellent. Alex my sales manager is always so friendly and professional with his work. Definately recommended. The warehouse team aswell are ever so friendly and helpful. Each and everyone have always got a smile which as a customer is great to see. Feels very welcoming. Great customer service everytime.

    Britdeals got part of my order wrong and sent me an item completely different to the one I purchased (coincidentally of a lower value). When I let them know by phone and email, the response I got was shocking! They denied sending the wrong item and made no effort at all to rectify the situation. Pray they never get your order wrong as their customer service in these situations is absolutely atrocious!

    Britdeals is one of my favourite stores. Day to day so much diffrent items choices to purchased and value under one roof. The website is user friendly and easy to navigate. What's not to like. Highly recommended. Go shopping traders .

Alex, account manager very helpful. Can recommend! Thumbs up for how easy it is to order. Been trying to source products from other wholesalers where I found it much more complicated!
