    Hello, I place several orders at BritDeals and it is the best to buy products for resale. Mr Agop always helps us from purchase to receiving orders in our warehouse.

    Bought 2 pallets from Britdeals everything was ok until I received the pallets, clothes looked ok most of them BUT all branded ones like ( PUMA/NIKE/TOMMY HILFIGGER and other brands ) they all came with such defects that cannot be sold and basically that was the reason for buying those pallets because of the branded clothes that I have seen on " LOT MANIFEST" I called and they asked me to send proof so I send loads of photos as per they request, but no one called me/replay to my email I called again but i can't get hold of Agop - Sales Representative. I it a shame as I was hopping to get some money out of this items. So yeah for everyone who like to try this sort of pallets clothes they not bad loads of bits on them but most of them not branded or worth much, but the branded ones are all full of defect such a shame and shame on this people as they not saying anything on description they only saying "Shelf Pulls ( 100% )"

    My experience was great with britdeals especially with my account manager Maria Tomova sending me deals which was very helpful. Am still sorting the items i bought tho but my experience was good. I highly recommend.

    Very helpful staff, great website easy to order with fast shipping. Would have preferred to have kept a min order of £50 instead of increasing it to £100. I would probably order less vslue orders more frequently.

    I have placed my first order on the 27/12/22, due to the holidays there was a little delay on the delivery which is understandable, and also because Royal Mail has been on strike, companies are using other couriers to send items which cause the courier companies to be overwhelmed with the amount of parcels. Despite all of that, I received my parcel today via DPD, my item was fragile and I have to say it was extremely well packed and closed with fragile tape plus a lot of paper to prevent breakage. So, with that, I can see that Britdeals takes a very good care when sending the products purchased via them. Although they did everything they could to prevent breakage, 4 of the 114 items were broken which Ashleigh (Britdeals sales manager) was extremely fast to resolve the issue. So far I am very happy with the service provided and will certainly keep using Britdeals going forward. Thank you everyone from Britdeals for a good first experience.

    I have only had one order so far but I can say that so far my experience has been 5 stars. I noticed some other reviews say the customer service is slow and not very helpful. I found the COMPLETE OPPOSITE to be true. I had replies to my emails on the same day every time, usually within a few hours. Very very helpful staff. My order came promptly and although some of the sizes were not as advertised, it's not caused me any kind of issue. All in all, so far I am very happy with Britdeals and would be more than happy to recommend them to anyone and I look forward to placing my next order.
