    Very helpful staff, great website easy to order with fast shipping. Would have preferred to have kept a min order of £50 instead of increasing it to £100. I would probably order less vslue orders more frequently.

    I have placed my first order on the 27/12/22, due to the holidays there was a little delay on the delivery which is understandable, and also because Royal Mail has been on strike, companies are using other couriers to send items which cause the courier companies to be overwhelmed with the amount of parcels. Despite all of that, I received my parcel today via DPD, my item was fragile and I have to say it was extremely well packed and closed with fragile tape plus a lot of paper to prevent breakage. So, with that, I can see that Britdeals takes a very good care when sending the products purchased via them. Although they did everything they could to prevent breakage, 4 of the 114 items were broken which Ashleigh (Britdeals sales manager) was extremely fast to resolve the issue. So far I am very happy with the service provided and will certainly keep using Britdeals going forward. Thank you everyone from Britdeals for a good first experience.

    I have only had one order so far but I can say that so far my experience has been 5 stars. I noticed some other reviews say the customer service is slow and not very helpful. I found the COMPLETE OPPOSITE to be true. I had replies to my emails on the same day every time, usually within a few hours. Very very helpful staff. My order came promptly and although some of the sizes were not as advertised, it's not caused me any kind of issue. All in all, so far I am very happy with Britdeals and would be more than happy to recommend them to anyone and I look forward to placing my next order.

    Unfortunately, I do not recommend. The order was completed quickly, transport without problems, but what I got matched in about 60% with the manifests. A lot of things (unfortunately the most expensive ones) were missing or damaged. After talking to the sales manager (Elizabeth) she was supposed to explain the matter, she offered to give me a discount on my next purchase as compensation. I asked questions unobtrusively, I wrote an e-mail once, after week second, each time answers that she would talk about my case, etc. In the end, when I stopped asking, Mrs. Elizabeth also didn't write anything anymore. I didn't receive anything, only the goods that differ from what I ordered. To sum up, contact before buying is fine, shipping is fast, but what is in the manifests (that is, theoretically, what you pay for) and what you get is a bit of a lottery. Sellers are not entirely honest because they promise and do not keep their word.
